A few words about us
Refreshing Care is a family run care provider for the adults including the elderly. We are simply a breath of fresh air, providing quality personalised care with compassion and a genuine interest for all individuals we are entrusted with. We are not just another care provider; our desire and passion is to serve our clients; providing a quality of care that will leave a lasting impression.
How it all started
Refreshing Care was birthed out of a deep concern and passion to help people, particularly the elderly. The founders has a lived experience of what it is like to care for a family member after having to care for his mother during a very difficult period in her life. After assisting with aspects of personal care, domestic cleaning, shopping, accompanying to appointments, mobility support, medication support and light physiotherapy, the founders had a moment of recognition that there are many more people in their parents shoes who need care and support.
This developed into a sense of responsibility to be a solution to many families who require support to care for their loved ones at home.
The founder with his experience in the care sector and education joined forces with his wife a GP to develop a service which will leave an indelible impression on all individuals they come in contact with.

This allows our care givers to have meaningful conversation, complete their duties efficiently and even have time for clients to take part in activities.

Our service also involves regular updates to our client’s next of kin (NOK), so that they are aware of the care being given to their loved one. This is a key part of our care provision so that NOKs are assured that their loved ones are safe and well taken care of.
