24-hour care involves providing round-the-clock assistance to you in your home. This type of care is
essential if you need constant support due to complex health conditions, severe disabilities, or
advanced age. It ensures that you receive the necessary care and supervision at any time of the day
or night, allowing you to live safely and comfortably in your familiar environment.
24-hour Care has two main types:

Live In Care
A dedicated care giver lives with you in your own home providing continuous support and companionship. It provides the opportunity for a focused care, which means that you always have someone on hand to help with daily tasks. More importantly, this also allows you to stay in your familiar environment where you are close to your family and friends.
What you will get with our Live-in Care Service:
Our live-in care package offers a combination of all our services in one because you will have a trusted care giver as a companion round the clock to meet your total care needs, and also provide you with support in your home.
Rotating Care Givers
A team of carer givers works in shifts to provide uninterrupted care. This approach ensures that you always have an alert and refreshed caregiver, even during the night.
With your involvement, the care givers will be divided into shifts. For example: two care givers can be assigned 12 hours each; so one during the day and the other during the night. Another option is three 8-hours block assigned to three care givers to make up 24-hours.
Some of the benefits of these arrangements includes:
-
There’s always a care giver on hand to support you from morning until night
-
Living arrangements for the care giver will not be necessary as they will remain awake throughout the night
-
Care managers always available to handle any issue or emergency
